Unlimited and saturated colour range
Digital printing on textiles offers enormous freedom of selecting colours used in the design. This is one of the key advantages of this technology, which allows you to obtain distinctive and complex designs, using the full range of colours. Traditional printing methods may be limited to the number of colours, which brings certain restrictions in designs. We do not need stencils for digital printing, which reduces costs.
We are able to obtain deep colour saturation and blackness on our prints.

Our Reggiani Colors digital printers offer a print area of 240 cm width and unlimited length of design. This width allows us to print designs for assortments such as clothing, bed covering, curtains or photographic backgrounds.

The advantage of reactive printing
Printing with reactive dyes is nothing else than combining coloured ink with knitwear, cotton and viscose fibres or other cellulose fibres. The print does not lose its quality even after repeated washing, which makes it perfect for clothing and utility textiles. Reactive printing requires steaming, washing, during which excess dye is washed out, and final stabilization, in which the material will be finally softened. The result of these processes is a very delicate and soft material.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is an internationally recognized textile certification system developed by the OEKO-TEX Association. The aim of this standard is to ensure that textile products, including all components and accessories do not contain substances harmful to health, so they are safe even for the youngest ones.

To obtain the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate, textile products must undergo detailed tests for a wide range of toxic substances, including legally prohibited substances which are known as causing health problems, as well as chemicals that are not regulated by law at the moment. What are the advantages of digital printing?
